This website only collects information through the anonymous Google Form linked on the site. The form does not request names, contact details, or any identifying information. No personal data is collected automatically when browsing the site.

Data is collected only when you voluntarily submit a response through the Google Form. Browsing the site does not collect personal data, and no tracking tools are used.

Purpose and Lawful Basis

Your anonymous responses are used solely to gather experiences from young creatives for the Revival project. The lawful basis for processing is consent, which you provide by submitting the form.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

Your responses are stored securely within Google Forms (Google Ireland Ltd.). Data is not shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties beyond Google’s storage service. No marketing or profiling is performed.

International Transfers

Google may store data on servers outside the UK. Google complies with UK GDPR through approved international data transfer mechanisms.

Data Retention

Anonymous responses are kept only for as long as needed for the Revival project. Because submissions are anonymous, individual entries cannot be identified or removed after submission.
